Triethyl Phosphate (TEP)

The following details about triethyl phosphate production process:

(1) prepared from phosphorus trichloride, ethanol and sodium acetate effect

① Preparation of diethyl phosphate chloride, phosphorus trichloride mixed with toluene, ethanol was added with stirring, at 30-40 ℃ humidity control After the addition stirring was continued for 0.5h, the reaction of diethyl phosphite. Followed by dropwise thionyl dichlorophenyl, remove excess humidity controlled at 30-40 ℃ dichloro Sulfuryl reduced pressure, and the residue that is diethyl chlorophosphate.

② Preparation of triethyl phosphate, sodium ethanol alcohol into a reactor, under stirring solution of diethyl chlorophosphate and humidity controlled at 70 ℃, mediation with ethanol and sodium acetate pH to 7-8, After the addition stirring 4h. Then add cold water, stir and then add toluene and continue stirring for some time, standing layered top oil extracted, dried with anhydrous carbonate, filtered and recovered toluene, and then vacuum distillation, collecting 72-88 ℃ / 0.4 -0.667MPa product, derived products.

(2) to phosphorus oxychloride and ethanol was synthesized in two steps esterification method, 100mL (1.07mol) of phosphorus oxychloride fitted with stirrer of 250mL four-necked flask in an ice brine is cooled to below 15 ℃ then added dropwise 92mL (1.60mol) of ethanol in vacuo. In another 1000mL four-neck flask with stirrer, into 550mL (9.63mol) in ethanol was added dropwise the above product under a normal pressure, cooled with ice water, brine, ensure the reaction humidity is less than 15 ℃ reaction mixture at high vacuum 0.098MPa ethanol recovery. Control distillation humidity is less than 55 ℃ recovered after ethanol applied to the esterification of 2, then the remaining product was neutralized with caustic to a pH of 6-7, extracted, and then distilled to obtain the finished product 165.05g. Process parameters: phosphorus oxychloride: ethanol = 1: 9 (mol), the reaction humidity 15 ℃ reaction time was 1.5h; product yield of about 82%.

(3) Preparation of diethyl chlorophosphate of phosphorus trichloride mixed with toluene, ethanol was added with stirring, the temperature controlled at 30 ~ 40 ℃, plus continue stirring 0.5h, the reaction of diethyl phosphite ester. Followed by instillation of dichloro Sulfuryl temperature controlled at 35 ℃, add after adding ethanol and stirred for 1h, maintaining the temperature at 30 ~ 40 ℃, remove excess dichloro Sulfuryl pressure, and the residue that is chlorophosphate diethyl ester.

(4) Preparation of triethyl phosphate sodium alcohol ethanol added to the kettle, dropping diethyl chlorophosphate stirring, the temperature controlled at 70 ℃, pH value of mediation with ethanol and sodium acetate to 7-8 plus after stirring 4h. Then add cold water, mix well before adding toluene, stirring was continued for a period of time, standing layer, the upper oil extracted, was dried with anhydrous potassium carbonate, filtered and recovered toluene, and then distilled under reduced pressure, collecting 72 ~ 88 ℃ / 0.4 ~ 0.0667MPa a product derived products.

Packing: NW 200KG / galvanized iron (a small cabinet loaded 16 tons a child care), 1000KG/IB barrels (a small cabinet loaded 18 tons), or 23 tons ISOTANK.
