(2) Synthesis: The Reactants Into The Reactor With A Jacket, The Jacket Cooling Water, The Reactants React In The Reactor To Produce The Majority Of The (C ↓ [4] H ↓ [9] OC ↓ [2] H ↓ [4] O) ↓ [2] POCl And HCl, Also Generates A Small Portion (C ↓ [4] H ↓ [9] OC ↓ [2] H ↓ [4] O) ↓ [3 ] PO; Reaction Conditions: A Vacuum Of Not Less Than -0.090, The Reaction Temperature Is Between 5 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, The Reaction Time Is 2.5h ~ 4h, And Halogen-Containing Compound Added To The Catalyst, Halogen-Containing Compound Is Added In An Amount The Reactants 0.5 ‰ -2 ‰, The Unit Is In Weight Percent; Reaction Equation Is:

(4) Recovery: After The Reflux, The Reaction Was Recovered Excess Alcohol Under Vacuum, The Recovery, The Degree Of Vacuum Is Not Lower Than -0.090, Temperature Does Not Exceed 150 ℃, Time 1h-3h; Recovered Off The Excess Alcohol After The Residue Is Plasticizer Tbep Crude Product ..      

(5), And: After Recovering Off Excess Alcohol, With NaOH Or Na ↓ [2] CO ↓ [3] In An Aqueous Solution And The Crude Product, And It Was Neutral; And Under Normal Pressure, NaOH Or Na ↓ Solution Concentration [2] CO ↓ [3] Is 2% To 20%, Temperature Below 100 ℃, Get Fine Plasticizer Tbep Neutralized.
