2)Dimer Acid and polyamines react to form polyamide having active amine groups, which is widely used to produce bi-component epoxy paints and epoxy adhesives whose solidified matters have good mechanical and electrochemical properties. In addition, Dimer Acid is also used to make various low-temperature and low-pressure speciality lubricating agents.
3)Dimer Acid is used to produce hot melt adhesive, which is widely used to make thermoplastic articles of post, telecommunications and communications facilities and cementation of cables.
